Wedding Video Pricing

Our pricing reflects our experience, professional equipment, creativity and the best quality products. We try to work with every budget, and have package pricing available. We invite you to visit our studio and take a look at weddings we have produced and the equipment that we use. Video cameras enter your personal space; we want to make sure you are familiar and comfortable with all of our staff. A pre-wedding consultation will allow us to get to know each other and we will learn what YOU expect in your wedding video.

A la Carte Pricing:

Photo Montage. A photo montage of the growing up years include a beautiful video show of photos of the bride and groom set to your favorite music. You select the pictures from childhood to graduation, friends and family, or engagement photos. The cost is $2.50 per photo and an arrangement fee of $45.00. The minimum is 50 photos. The common photo montage consists of 40 photos of the bride, 40 photos of the groom and 20 together. Just bring the photos to us in the order you want and give us four weeks prior to the event. You will receive three copies of the Photo Montage on DVD and one copy of your scanned and retouched photos on a CD. If you need the photo montage presented at the rehearsal dinner or the reception, we have a high definition projector and screen available.

Wedding Highlight Video. A beautiful dynamic emotionally filled video capturing the essence of the happiest day of your life. Compressing the day into a brief glimpse of the excitement, happiness and love, the wedding highlight video touches those special moments of your wedding day. This is perfect to share with family and friends. $149.00.

Wedding Ceremony Only. If you only want the ceremony recorded, we provide this service for $960.00. We will videotape your entire wedding ceremony using three cameras and wireless microphones. Your ceremony will be editing into a beautiful representation of the happiest moment of your life using music from the ceremony or music you select. You will be given three personalized DVD's.

Pre-Ceremony Video. Getting ready for the wedding is exciting too. Capturing those moments are priceless. Having Mom fix the veil, friends helping you step into your dress and seeing yourself for the first time are very special. We will use one unobtrusive camera. Using the background music of your choice and ambient sounds the pre-ceremony highlights will complete the day's event. The cost is $299.00, but is included in the cost for the Premiere package.

Your Love Story Video. If you want to document your love story, we will go to the location of your choice, video up to one hour and create a romantic video of the story. We can add up to ten photos or additional video clips. You select the music for the background and we will take care of the rest. You will receive this service and three personalized DVD's for $350.00.

Honeymoon Montage. The honeymoon montage can consist of photos from your honeymoon, video and music of your choice. The cost for this will vary. Photo's are $2.50 each (minimum 30 photos) and video is $40.00 for the first hour. The arrangement fee is $45.00.

Wedding Day Video Guestbook. If you would like to give your family and guests the opportunity to wish you congratulations or send love and best wishes through video, we can make special arrangements to set up a special location at your reception with one camera and a microphone. The cost for this service is $149.00 in addition to the premier wedding package and will be included as a special menu in your personalized DVD.

Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner. The rehearsal and rehearsal dinner is sometimes overlooked as an important part of the documentation of your wedding. This is a time for the groom's family to be actively involved in the planning of the wedding. This is also the time for fun and toasts! We will use one camera to get the highlights of the rehearsal and set this to music. The Rehearsal dinner is a very special time for family and friends to pledge their love and support for your happiness. We don't like to video people eating (Yuck!), but recording the toast and the two families coming together is classic. You will be able to select to view the Rehearsal and Rehearsal dinner from the menu of your wedding DVD. The cost for the Rehearsal and Rehearsal dinner is $399.00.

Wedding Day Reception Video. The reception is the place for relaxing, visiting and having fun! We will use two cameras to capture all the special events. You will be able to see all the fun your family and friends had at your celebration. The cost of a two hour reception will be $480.00. Additional time will be billed at $125.00 per hour. This cost is included in the Premiere package.

Video Presentation. We can bring a high definition projector, audio connections or sound system and a 7 foot screen to present your photo montage. We do all the work. You just sit back and enjoy the presentation. Pricing starts at $99.00.

Additional Copies. DVD's are available for $25.00 each. VHS's are available for $25.00 (Customize printing is not available for VHS).
